actually satisfied imo
honestly this thing is brilliant!! 3 in 1 means i use it year round and exhaust pipe is longer than expected. so glad i got it!!

was ready to send it back tbh but installation was less painful than i thought changed my mind. remote works from anywhere in the room too. its a keeper.

its good just not quite perfect. main positives: can control it from my phone which is handy, and its noticeably quieter than my last unit. minor gripe: would be nice if it came with a storage bag. would i buy it again? yeah probably.
surprisingly satisfied tbf
After using it daily for about a month here's my honest breakdown. Pros: dehumidifier is actually useful on damp days. Also wheels are smooth i move it between rooms all the time. Cons: the instructions are typical vague nonsense and the packaging was slightly overkill. But those are tiny things. Overall it's a solid product and I'd buy it again.

the old one finally gave up after about 4 years so i needed a replacement quick. read some reviews online and this one kept coming up. ordered it on a tuesday it arrived thursday. sleep mode actually makes a difference. also wheels are smooth i move it between rooms all the time. honestly it outperforms the old one by quite a margin. quieter too which was a nice surprise. properly happy with it.
