What we collect
When you make a booking or create an account, we collect your name, email address, phone number, billing/shipping address, and details of your bookings. If you use address autocomplete at checkout, the text you type is sent to Google's Places API to suggest matching addresses.
How we use it
To process and confirm your bookings, send you booking confirmations and updates, provide customer support, and keep your account secure.
Who we share it with
Payments are handled entirely by our payment provider, acting as Merchant of Record — we never see or store your full card details. Booking confirmation and account emails are sent via our email provider, Resend. We do not sell your personal data to anyone.
Cookies
We use a small number of cookies to remember your language and currency preference and to keep you signed in. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.
How long we keep it
We keep your account and booking data for as long as your account is active, and afterwards only as long as required for accounting and legal purposes.

Children
Our services are not directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16.
