I've had a few different ones over the years and this is up there. Key things for me: inverter keeps the power bill low, and air feels noticeably fresher. Build quality seems good too, doesn't feel like it'll fall apart. If I had to pick one thing I'd change it'd be the cable length but that's minor.
genuinely worth it ngl
took a punt on this and its actually way better than i expected. cools the open plan space really well. outdoor unit is quieter than my neighbours one. proper impressed.

after the last one broke in 2 weeks i was nervous. but installer had it done in under 2 hours and temperature control is precise and steady. so far so good.

i dont normally write reviews but this one earned it. air feels noticeably fresher and cools the open plan space really well. ive had a few similar things before and this is easily the best of the lot.
much better than advertised
got this as a gift for myself after a rough month at work and it was so worth it. installer had it done in under 2 hours. also heats just as well as it cools which is a nice bonus. the difference it makes in the bedroom is genuinely noticeable. its one of those things where you wonder why you didnt get one sooner. would recommend 100%.

the one i got from argos was alright but this is genuinely better. indoor unit is sleek and low profile and installer had it done in under 2 hours. worth the upgrade 100%.

its good just not quite perfect. main positives: energy rating is genuinely good, and cools the open plan space really well. minor gripe: took me a few days to find the best spot. would i buy it again? yeah probably.
