surprisingly chuffed for the price
i like it a lot but instructions are useless but you figure it out. thats the only thing keeping it from 5. dehumidifier pulls a surprising amount of moisture. its noticeably quieter than my last unit. still glad i bought it though.

my my old unit died during the heatwave so grabbed this. honestly a blessing in disguise. sleep mode actually makes a difference and cools the room way faster than i expected.

truly satisfied so far
i honestly debated this for weeks before pulling the trigger. read about 50 reviews and watched a bunch of videos. finally just went for it and im annoyed i waited so long. wheels are smooth i move it between rooms all the time and heating mode works properly in winter. those were the two things i cared about most and it delivers on both. ive had it running for hours at a time and its been completely reliable. zero issues.
frankly solid for the price
was ready to send it back tbh but installation was less painful than i thought changed my mind. 3 in 1 means i use it year round too. its a keeper.
lowkey worth it tbf
I've had a few different ones over the years and this is up there. Key things for me: window kit is better than the one I had before, and dehumidifier is actually useful on damp days. Build quality seems good too, doesn't feel like it'll fall apart. If I had to pick one thing I'd change it'd be the cable length but that's minor.
