frankly impressed for the price
i was so stressed about picking the wrong one again but cools the open plan space really well and heats just as well as it cools. anxiety was for nothing.

quieter than advertised
I've had a few different ones over the years and this is up there. Key things for me: installer had it done in under 2 hours, and indoor unit is sleek and low profile. Build quality seems good too, doesn't feel like it'll fall apart. If I had to pick one thing I'd change it'd be the cable length but that's minor.

the old one finally gave up after about 4 years so i needed a replacement quick. read some reviews online and this one kept coming up. ordered it on a tuesday it arrived thursday. outdoor unit is quieter than my neighbours one. also saved about 30% on the electric vs my old system. honestly it outperforms the old one by quite a margin. quieter too which was a nice surprise. properly happy with it.

bought it half expecting to return it within a week. nope. outdoor unit is quieter than my neighbours one. and inverter keeps the power bill low. its properly good.

what i had before was alright but this is genuinely better. R32 refrigerant is more eco friendly and smart scheduling means i never touch the remote. worth the upgrade 100%.
