lovely stuff
I've had a few different ones over the years and this is up there. Key things for me: 3 in 1 means i use it year round, and timer function is reliable for overnight use. Build quality seems good too, doesn't feel like it'll fall apart. If I had to pick one thing I'd change it'd be the cable length but that's minor.
kinda worth it so far
went back and forth between this one and a cheaper option, glad i paid the extra. energy bill barely went up. plus window kit is better than the one I had before. arrived well packaged and everything was in the box. no issues so far.
truly satisfied
i was wrong about this brand honestly. installation was less painful than i thought and wheels are smooth i move it between rooms all the time. ive been sleeping on Russell Hobbs apparently.

really solid tbh
i like it a lot but took me a few days to find the best spot. thats the only thing keeping it from 5. remote works from anywhere in the room. you can dim the display at night. still glad i bought it though.

upgraded from my old one and theres no comparison really. 3 in 1 means i use it year round. plus dehumidifier pulls a surprising amount of moisture. shouldve done this ages ago.
this one actually works
i honestly debated this for weeks before pulling the trigger. read about 50 reviews and watched a bunch of videos. finally just went for it and im annoyed i waited so long. timer function is reliable for overnight use and auto swing spreads the cool air evenly. those were the two things i cared about most and it delivers on both. ive had it running for hours at a time and its been completely reliable. zero issues.

really great for the price
after the last one broke in 2 weeks i was nervous. but installation was less painful than i thought and can control it from my phone which is handy. so far so good.
