To cancel or ask about a specific booking, contact us at hello@kapipi.com or +40 312 295 000 with your booking reference. Refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically arrive within 5–10 business days.
If Mihail Tours needs to cancel or change a booking, we'll always offer a full refund or a suitable alternative — whichever you prefer.
